The Second Law of Thermodynamics Began at the Fall
Article by creationist Tommy Mitchell in the 'Arguments to Avoid' section of the Answers in Genesis website, recommending Christians do not argue that the Second Law of Thermodynamics began at the Fall. For resources dealing with the laws of Thermodynamics as they pertain to evolution, see Thermodynamics.
Part 6 of Stephen Godfrey's story about coming to the realization that the YEC position he had been taught was wrong. Briefly outlines the thoughts and questions he had when considering that if animals had been designed, they must have been designed for a perfect, pre-Fall world, but then underwent some transformation to their current predator and prey states, on which the Bible is silent. Note that some creationists have suggested that God might have created animals with diversity in their genomes so they could develop certain traits later if needed, but there are a few problems with this idea, which are found within certain resources on the subject of 'kinds' and hyperevolution within 'kinds' .
